Alana De La Garza's beauty is awe-inspiring even on tiny screens. De La Garza born 1976 to her Irish mother and a Mexican father, in Columbus Ohio. The next year was not long after when she moved to Texas. She began a career in the field of physical therapy. De La Garza did not reside in Texas for very long. She soon made the move in Orlando Florida, where she played a variety of parts as an actor, including independent local films and commercials. Small roles didn't deter her from finding out that she was a fan of acting. Then she moved into New York and in 2001 she got her first role on the daytime soap All My Children as Rosa Santos. Through the first half of 2000 she had small roles appearing on JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. The first time she had a major role in a series was in the 2004 short-lived television drama The Mountain. She was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was fortunate enough to be a part of a cast that included some of the best TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. In 2006 she was the lead character A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 episodes. The character later re-entered the short-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. This character was a hit and has earned De La Garza numerous nominations, including Best Supporting Actress - Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. In 2008, De La Garza received the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award in a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza was then selected as a regular actor on CSI Miami. She performed the role of Marisol Deko in the role of husband of the actor David Caruso's Horatio. As Dr. Lena Solis, she appeared on the NBC's dark and tense drama Do No Harm. After just two episodes, the show was canceled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is from Italian origin and is the younger sister of Cory who is 10 years her junior. The family she was raised in was strict and religious parents. Milano started her acting career at the age of seven years old after her babysitter accompanied her for an audition. The audition she took part in was one of over 1,000 applicants. Milano was chosen as the only girl. Milano appeared in advertisements in both Broadway and on TV as well, such as the American musical version from Jane Eyre.
